| 1. You can have up to three characters at a time.
2. Without special permission, your new character has to be a lower rank than your current character. If your character dies, you can make a new one of the same rank.
3. You can only have one Missing-Nin at a time.
4. Missing-Nin are the minimum rank of C, as an Academy student would have no chance escaping a village. However, if you truly manage to escape in-RP, this will be allowed.
5. Currently you can only be a Konoha ninja or a Missing-Nin.Forbidden/limited list- Spoiler:

The Eight Gates (Hachimon)
Bijuu / any other demons
Senjutsu
Limited
Human puppets are at least A-rank and you can only have one of them per character.
Puppet limits:
Academy Student = 1 (with both hands)
Genin = 2 (one per hand)
Chuunin = 4 (two per hand)
Jounin = 8 (four per hand)
S-rank = 10 (five per hand)
